Jurriaan:

You missed - or don't want to hear - my point. The point is
that the concept of disequilibrium presupposes a concept of
equilibrium. You can't have the latter concept without the
former.

Simple Unity: Equilibrium
Difference: Disequilibrium
Unity-in-Difference: (what is often called) Disequilibrium dynamics

The fact that this relation is often not appreciated by some
Marxists who claim to present dynamic, non-equilibrium theory
shows the quasi-dynamic and relatively undeveloped character of
their theoretical perspective.
