What a finding!!! Only 3 of 304 BBC’s articles mentioned the positive policies introduced by Chavez. Those scholars shouldn’t go so far! Just take a look at those issues that attract media’s attention worldwide, Ja! Ja! Ja! The real point is how these issues are projected and the kind of sources/information are given priority.
