[OPE] socialist transition programme

 This is a programme was launched at a series of meetings in Berlin 19th Feb 2010.

This is a follow on to the Barqisimeto programme proposed in Venezula in 2009, and the next
programme will be in Suzhou City, China in May 29th-30th.

The German version is there, and soon the whole conference proceedings will be there including some
very important stuff by Carsten on the use of labour accounts in the national accounts. Also Ding's paper
which gives important insights into the progress of marxist development in China.
Key documents of the Berlin programme are to be translated into Chinese and published there.

As you can tell by the participants, the social context of the meeting was very much Die Linke, plus KPD.
