RE: [OPE] autopilot

Discussion has been rather slack.

I am actually surprised that whilst finer points of the transformation problem are guaranteed to generate discussion, the sorts of economic policies discussed at the Berlin conference seem to raise no interest.

I've had some personal concerns which have distracted me for some
time from participation in list discussions. Although I've been able
to attend to moderator/coordinator business, I haven't really had time
to participate in threads. This condition, I expect, will continue for
some time so if there is to be list discussion I encourage you all to
raise topics. As always, I will follow what is being discussed even
if I don't have time to reply on-list.
