The piece David posted here says that "workers transferred from the state-sector by March 2011 will be given various options: take up employment in agriculture, construction or industry, join cooperatives or enter-self employment".
If you get fired from your job, you always have the option of working elsewhere. But, as millions of people know, having an option is not the same as having a job.
When we're talking about people's livelihoods is not the time to play with words.
