Thanks for this Jerry.
My paper: ‘On Cuba’s Budgetary Finance System. A Critique of Helen Yaffe’s
Account,’ is forthcoming at the International Journal of Management Concepts and
Philosophy.
My article intends to take out of Cuba any scholarly debate that may be taking
place and to put a more plural stamp on it, since the old Great Debate was poor
in pluralism. I draw, among other authors, from Trotsky’s critique of central
planning. I hope Helen and those concerned with the topic don’t avoid my
challenge.
I can share a copy upon request.
Cheers,A. Agafonow

Asunto: [OPE] Debate on Cuban Economy
The following includes links for a draft document intended as a basis for
public debate
within Cuba about the economic reforms in advance of
the 6th Congress of the PCC
(Cuban Communist Party) in
April, 2011. What do you make of these proposals?
In
solidarity, Jerry
