Neither Ian W nor anyone else on the list appealed to the Administrative
Committee (AC) asking that you be "purged" (expelled; permanently unsubscribed).
Attempts not to ratchet up the rhetoric or personally attack others who weren't
even participating in this thread would be appreciated. This should be a discussion
about theory, not egos.
If you (or others) feel that you have been personally insulted and
'flamed' then you (or others) can indeed appeal to the AC.
There is no need to reply to this message.
