Brill itself published a paperback edition of Workers of the World for $60, because there was considerable demand. http://www.brill.nl/default.aspx?partid=210&pid=44450 Abebooks UK has a secondhand paperback copy for 37.50 pounds (=44.8 euro or $60). In Holland, the book was awarded the René Kuczynski prize for international economic and social history.

Thanks for this Jurriaan. Linden's book seems impressive. Since it is so massive I think it will be worthwhile to buy the book.
