[OPE] a talk on value theory

I thought OPE-L members might be interested to know that I presented some of
my work at EEA 2011 in New York recently (and got lots of useful feedback).

I briefly present my argument regarding the distinction between technical
labor-values and the objective labor that competitive prices represent. (I
