Primitive communism still exists today in some places; no eye exam needed.
You could have thought of that example all by yourself, simply by dropping
the postmodernist nonsense about "ideological constructions" and thinking
instead about the reality of human development.
The same process of development means that advanced communism is a reality
presently in the making.
It's not an "ideological construction", any more than a house that is
presently being built, but not yet completed, would be an "ideological
construction".
