Well, apart from obvious differences, it seems to me that OPE-L has been quite
stormy lately. Personality issues are taking over real programmatic issues.

Sounds pretty much like what happens in OPE-L. There is something wrong with us
if we are devoting most of our energy to determine if “learning by doing” is or
is not enough as policy option.
