I recommend re-posting on Pen-l, giving a closing date one week later.
Then the group is formed. Then send a full list of names and
affiliations (and anything else?) and ask for reconfirmation from each
and/or withdrawal. Work then from the condensed list.
Jerry, sorry this has tired you out. Take a couple of days off this
project and let the rest of us throw our two cents in.
