I have been discussing procedure (e.g. where do we go from here?) with a
number of list members. While I have a draft proposal on procedure that has
been accepted with small qualifications from that representative
sub-group, I have decided for now to hold-off on making a procedural
proposal to the list.
We are making good progress now and I want to see how some outstanding
issues develop before recommending anything further. Stay tuned.
Any comments on procedure will be appreciated. If you so request, I will
send you a copy of a draft I am working on regarding the next steps for
our list.
