I have a proposal of my own regarding procedure. There's no question that
we have to re-think how we will be able to move forward and set ourselves
practical goals and a workable procedure.
My proposal is that in the next week, in addition to the brainstorming,
we have a discussion of list goals and procedure. Let's see if we can
discuss various procedures (those already suggested and those about to
be) and see if we can come to an agreement on the most workable procedure.
Whatever procedure we decide to adopt will have major consequences for
what we do in the next period. Consequently, I ask that all give
consideration to this question and make their thoughts known to the list
(as Alan and Alfredo have done recently).
