I found Andrew's post interesting, but I'm not going to comment on it
until such time as I have time to work his model through on Mathcad--
and that might take a week or so, since I'm currently buried in
developing a muti-sectoral discrete model (plus organising a
conference). So thanks to Andrew for what looks like an interesting
argument.
