In response to M. Perelman,

Even if Marx started from simple commodity production, this does not mean
the simple commodity production was in the precapitalist production. Even
in capitalism, simple commodity production may coexist with the capitalist
commodity production. Eg. Peasant economy in the capitalism. So, you do
not have to presume that not assuming capital-labor relationship implies the
a noncapitalism.
