I would like to immediately respond to Fred's request for me to
explain why I don't believe that the LTV flows from Marx's premises,
but previous experience of putting this forward inclines me to
take a few days to reply! -:)
I know that my arguments will invoke a heated debate, and I have
a job interview to prepare for and refereeing of abstracts
submitted to a conference that I've organised, so I'll be better
able to make a reasonable case, and to reply to the critiques it
will raise, if I wait until next week.
