A number of subscribers have had the following problem --
The server at California State University has been known to either set a
person's mail to postpone or unsubscribe that person _without the
consent of that individual_. The most likely reason is that the mainframe
that you use crashed for some period of time.
* IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE OPE-L MAIL: _CONTACT ME AS SOON AS YOU BELIEVE
THERE IS A PROBLEM_.
At the current pace, if you don't receive posts for a few days, it seems
reasonable to assume that there is a problem.
