I'm glad to see that, despite our other differences, Bruce, Allin, and I
all agree about Senior's Last Dollar. This gives me hope that some of
the current controversies in value theory can be settled by examining
numbers, as Alan F. keeps stressing.
I pronounce Bruce and Allin the winners. Both must answer more of Riccardo's
and Simon's questions.
