Yes, I agree with Jerry: the nation states are the major elements that
separate the realization of surplus-value from its production.
A product, if it is exported to the other states where it is not produced,
can enjoy the surplus-value being realized beyond the scale of its peoduc-
tion. Technical advancement does not depreciates the commodities if they
are exported to the world market in which most countries are still unable
to exploit the technology.
