Profuse thanks to everyone who expressed concern about 'our' house
or to be precise the security on our mortage. We are touched, really.

I should clearly have explained that the recent rapid material depreciation in
65 siebert road was a happy event for everyone concerned except the insurance
company.

And I am sure they can cope.
