Since I have disagreed with Andrew on a number of things, let
me say that I think he is right vis-a-vis the equivalence
between Sraffian prices and profit rate, and the system
favoured by Fred. (Though from my point of view, if one
is doing the equalized rate of profit thing, then
equivalence to Sraffa is nothing to be ashamed of.)
