It's very sorry to announce that OPE archives at my web site
have not been updated since 7/20. The last message I put is Fred's
[2686] distributed on 7/20.
The main reason is a trouble of hard disks in my PC. I cannot
recover many OPE massages and haven't yet checked out which
messages I lost. When I reach to solve the problem with my
PC system, I would ask Jerry to send me lost messages and
update the archive.
