I think you're doing a fine job Jerry.
You've got opinions, which you express strongly, but that hasn't affected
your ability to moderate, IMO. And on the v=0 issue, I am one of the list
members you refer to who has kept silent--while following the thread
sporadically--because I generally share your opinions of its usefulness. I'd
be more interested if someone started with v>0 and then explored the limit
conditions as v-->0.
