Alejandro Ramos has a new Net system in Bolivia <aramos@aramos.bo>.
Unfortunately, his new system charges him not only by the time that he is
on-line, but also by the byte size of the messages that he both sends and
receives. Consequently, his OPE-L mail has been set to "postpone" but he
can still _send_ us messages. He asked me to relay the following request:

I am thinking that, if someone reply to my messages I will not know.
Maybe you can inform OPE-L mates about my one-way access to the net,
so that if someone would wish to reply or comment, the better thing
would be to send a copy directly to me.
