Thanks to Allin for his request for published sources on the "single-system"
interpretation. The request indicates a willingness to pursue these issues
in greater depth which I appreciate.

The main additions to the Alejandro's list are the papers by Andrew and
myself from last year's EEA conference in response to Laibman, which you
probably already have. Also Mage's 1963 dissertation (Appendix A) was also
an early forerunner of this interpretation.

I look forward to further discussion.
