On Thursday and Friday listproc was down during a substantial part of
both days. I have been informed by the Server Manager at California State
University that funding for a new server, i.e. a new BETTER machine, has
been approved by the CSU administration and they plan to upgrade at the
close of this semester.

PS: I have been procrastinating about making plans to go to the EEA
conference. As it seems that half of the list will be there, I would
