Regarding the very busy line of my provider, I moved
the list web archive to the following URL.
http://www.campus.ne.jp/~m-okano/OPE
This archive is protected by password. Ordinary web browser
will show a dialog box to put user name and password when
you access to the site. Then you put ope-l as user and
marx as password.
The archive is now automatically updated so that you will
see your post at the site few minutes later you post it.
