Dear Alan,
I am having some trouble securing affordable accomodations at the
conference. I'm a wondering if it is possible to put a call out to folks over
email to see if anyone is willing to share a room. Do you have a file with
email addresses or is there a way to send a message out to everyone that I am
not aware of. Sorry to bother you with this but I could use some help.
