A reply to Ajit's ope-l 5094.

Ajit: "Arguing with Andrew Kliman is probably the most frustrating thing a
man could indulge in in this world."

Then don't argue with me, because I am not arguing anything. As I wrote in
ope-l 5088, "No 'argument' will settle this question, and it is futile to
argue with me when I'm not arguing anything Only a set of prices that
satisfies my conditions (1) through (5), or your inability to provide one,
will settle this question."

You have not yet produced such a set of numbers. I await them eagerly.

You misconstrue what is at issue when you write "In the last post he suggested
that if I prove 'my theory', given his
conditions, then he will accept that his theory is absurd and admit it
publicly and may be also in print. And this is the kind of logic I have to
work against all the time."

You are not required to "prove" your theory. The challenge merely requires
you to produce a set of numbers which demonstrates that, in one particular
case, your theory is not self-contradictory.

You have not produced such a set of numbers. I await them eagerly.

Hic Rhodus! Hic Salta!
