I am not ruling it out as a possibility, what I am asking you to do
is explain how it is possible.

Against whom to banks speculate when they guarantee loans?

How does the transfer of revenue to them occur, from whom does
it occur?

What are the costs to the banks of doing this?

What assets do they need to cover it?
