In a case of reverse serendipity, it just so happens that the Net service
of several of our Brazilian comrades became unavailable at the same time
as this thread started. If they aren't back on-line now, then they should
be soon.
It might prove interesting to compare Alfredo's proposals for Brazil
with other alternative economic plans advanced by the Left in other
"less developed" capitalist nations. Relatedly, we could discuss the
international *struggle* against Neo-liberalism.
