I sense that, despite the best efforts of a number of you, I will
soon have to go and seek my own salvation on this issue.
In response to Fred's latest patient attempts to get me to understand
on what the distinction is based, I can only say that there still
appears to be a missing premise. At the risk of being boring, let me
point out exactly where.
