The author of the quote (mistakingly) attributed to me was Jurriaan in a
post that he sent on Jan 17.
The source of the confusion with authorship is probably that I forwarded
Jurriaan's post (on the 17th) and Alan's reply (authored on the 19th and
posted on the 24th).

This assumes that all of Marx's definitions, authored at many different
times and places, are consistent. If he had more than one definition, or
if Marx didn't give a definition, or if that definition is ambiguously
worded, then it is more difficult to say whether or not one is marching in
step with or apart from K.M..
