Jerry's queries are interesting. Any answers that I could come up
with would be complex. And I do not have time to construct them now.

However, anyone who is interested in what I teach in various (mostly
micro) Modules at de Montfort U is welcome to visit my web site
<http://www.mk.dmu.ac.uk/~mwilliam>, where they will find complete
materials (outline, reading, lecture notes, tutorial notes) for
modules in Intro. Micro., Intro Game Theory, Public Sector Economics,
Topics in Applied Micro, etc..

The idea is that all these are freely (with a friendly
acknowledgement of their source) available. Comments and suggestions
always welcome.
