Paul -- we are not a court and I'm not sure that this is the best place to
discuss this question. Perhaps a better place might be the pages of
_Science & Society_. David?
However, I do want to affirm that while he isn't a member of OPE-L,
Kenneth L will be given every opportunity to respond to Mike L (and others
who have written on this thread) if he so chooses. He can do so (this,
again, is *his* choice) by either sending a reply to yourself or to me
requesting that we forward the response or responses to the list.
A reminder to everyone: we *do* have public archives (subject to the
qualification that everyone who enters the archives knows about).
