When text exceeds a column width, it is possible to manually or automatically wrap the text.
... place your cursor where you want the line to break and press Alt-Enter.
... should be straightforward, but the results sometimes seem to depend on the order of operations. I find that the best approach is to first select Format > Row > Autofit and then Format > Cells > Wrap Text. Any page setup should be done last.
When I do not follow this sequence, occasionally text of a few lines will often not display, instead only showing "#" signs where the text should go.
