This course is a the first of a two semester survey of Quantum Mechanics at the graduate level, using the textbook: Quantum Mechanics: Fundamentals, (Second edition) by Kurt Gottfried and Tung-Mow Yan (2003 Springer-Verlag New York, Inc.)
