                Assistant Director of Systems Operations (10/'00 - Present)

 

·         Managed System Operations team consisting of 5 full time System Administrators responsible for operation of University's production systems.

·         Accountable for all production scheduling and downtime issues.

·         Managed team responsible for support of University's business systems running various financial and student records applications.

·         Worked closely with the university Help-Desk, Networking and Systems Development teams on support issues.

·         Managed cross-functional on-call teams consisting of technical staff from several departments.
