Theater, just like music, plays a major part in the culture of Texas. The most known
theater in Texas is the Dallas Theater. In November of 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald was
arrested at the Dallas Theater for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
At the time it was first opened in 1931, it was the largest suburban theater in Dallas.
Since then it has been remodeled and been named in the National Register of
Historic Places. The theater will bring you to a new understanding of what the
Texas culture is. It is also a perfect night out for a group of friends.
