1.       On an 8 ½ by 11 sheet of paper, creatively describe yourself.  You may make a collage, write a poem, color a picture, place random words, etc.  Use any means possible to describe yourself to the selection committee.

 

2.       Highlight any involvement in the past 2-3 years that you feel emphasizes/exemplifies your leadership potential, skills, and competencies, and this experience qualifies you for the Resident Adviser position. Additionally, please add what has led you to apply for this position.
