/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf-user

from

CustomLog /dev/null combined
#CustomLog /var/log/httpd/user-access_log combined

to

# CustomLog /dev/null combined
CustomLog /volume1/logs/web/user-access_log combined

and 

httpd -k stop

httpd -k start

( httpd -k restart doesn't work	)
