sometimes the setting does not stick. save and go back in to make sure it is on

allow members external to this organization to join

Only owner can see list of emails, not managers

view member email addresses

direct add non-domain users requires welcome message and reCAPTCHA

copy & paste may limited to 10 addresses at a time

cannot direct add members without welcome message. I'm not a robot

contact info may override first and last names in copy and pasting addresses, result in not set display name
