I think I have seen it before, first boot takes forever, like 15 min. to get full desktop even 0% usage on all 8 cores.

cannot hit enter to go to BIOS (F1) or Boot menu (F12) sometimes. fix with new BIOS

WAIK Dism inject Intel RSTe 3.1.0.1085 2012.04.24 ACHI (iaStorA.inf) & SCU (iaStorS.inf) drivers (i did both to save time just in case, not sure whether just one would work) into a WinPE WIM and build a new ISO, can see hard drive (didn't tried actually back it up to TIB)
