Requirement: Macromedia Shockwave 8.

Instructions:

During the animation

Press "e" to end the animation early.

Press "s" to pause the animation, press "r" to resume.
In pause mode, your browser would appears frozen. Button like reload does not work.

End of animation

You can copy the data out by using Cltr-A to select all the text, ten Cltr-C to copy the text to clipbroad.

You can then paste the data into either Wordpad or Excel. (The special line return make it unsuitable to paste into Notepad, you will see all the text on one long line)
