Pros

nice to have hardware assist button before boot to choose USB to boot
bundled HDMI to VGA adapter
sensitive touchpad, could be cons for some
ac adapter has USB port (for charging?)

Cons

loud fan
sharp edges
loose ac adapter
screen doesn't go pass 90 degree by a lot
no color profile for display

Issues

vaio update - 403 denied error http://vu.sel.sony.com/vuinvalidinfofile.html
wireless crashed once after 3Dmark
