Iwao.
Not sure what you mean by skilled labour being independent from
simple labour. I suppose the way I have seen it is that every worker
has the same skill, education associated with simple labour - say they
all leave school at 16 - but some have more, leaving school at say 18,
and this increases value added. This additional labour quality is
seen as a multiple of the basic labour quality associated with simple
labour - is this what you mean by the two types of labour not being
independent?

I will try to dig out the earlier discussion on this. If you can
remember which email numbers then this would be helpful.
