Alan tried to send parts 2 and 3 of his multi-part posting, but they were
rejected by listproc:

Alan, you'll have to re-send the missing posts in smaller (under 65K)
bits.
I am responding to the list, rather than to Alan personally, both because
others may be wondering what happened to the missing posts and so that you
all know what the current per post byte limit is.
