Notes: In the Manga, ChibiChibi is actually Sailor Cosmos in disguise. Sailor Cosmos is the ultimate future form of Sailor Moon. In the anime, she is Galaxia's starseed. A starseed is the thing inside every living creature. Sailor Starseeds are special starseed. If you are born with a sailor starseed, that makes you the guardian of your planet. When Galaxia was about to be taken over by Chaos, she sent her starseed out to get help. The starseed took the form of a little girl (ChibiChibi) and found Usagi. So in the anime she is not technically a person. Sorry, ChibiChibi fans.
