2012

  • December, 2012: Andrew's, Tyson's, and Anqi's paper entitled, "Performance Analyses of a Parallel Verlet Neighbor List Algorithm for GPU-Optimized MD Simulations", receives the Best Paper Award at the 2012 ASE/IEEE International Conference on Biomedical Computing (link). Only the top 7.5% of submitted manuscripts were accepted, and there was only one "best".
